Average weight loss across the 2 weeks is 5-12lbs, sometimes even more. Average across ALL clients who have ever gone through boot camp is 7.
This of course depends how fast you action these strategies, your body type, and how closely you follow the protocols.
Example 1:
My client Steph in the last boot camp lost 9 lbs in 2 weeks. Dropped from 171 to 162.
Example 2:
Another client Maya was 180lbs and lost 14lbs in 2 weeks and wasn't exercising.
Example 3:
A third client Sara (128 lbs) lost 5lbs in 2 weeks as she had a weekend trip and didn't fully follow the protocols, but lost another 7lbs after boot camp with the protocols.
Clients who have less weight to lose, or whose primary objective isn't weight loss, obviously don't lose as much. However they see incredible results for sleep, anxiety, skin, and bloating.
Don't panic! For best results and optimal healing, I will suggest temporarily removing certain foods to rebalance your body and lower inflammation.
Clients find these recommendations SUPER manageable and non-restrictive. You can re-incorporate these foods after the 14 days if it feels good for you.
Rather than approaching this from a restriction mentality, you'll learn how to love foods that love you back, and add nutrients rather than restrict.
Most brides find it very manageable to cut out a few things short term, and they enjoy how flat their stomachs are, and how energized they feel!
