How fast will I get results?

This methodology works for clients who are ready to show up and take action.

Average weight loss across the 2 weeks is 5-10lbs, sometimes even more.

This of course depends on how fast you action these strategies, your body type, and how closely you follow the protocols.

Here is a common example: a client in boot camp lost 9 lbs in 2 weeks. Dropped from 161 to 152.

She lost 2 lbs in the first 2 days. Her results are not the exception and are quite common!

Clients who have less weight to lose, or whose primary objective isn't weight loss, obviously don't lose as much. However, they see incredible results for sleep, anxiety, skin, and bloating.

Do I have to give up my favorite foods?

 For best results and optimal healing, I will suggest temporarily removing certain foods to rebalance your body and lower inflammation.

Clients find these recommendations SUPER manageable and non-restrictive. You can re-incorporate these foods after the 14 days if it feels good for you.

Rather than approaching this from a restriction mentality, you'll learn how to love foods that love you back and add nutrients rather than restrict.

Most clients find it very manageable to cut out a few things short term, and they enjoy how flat their stomachs are, and how energized they feel!

So even if you have weddings, showers, parties, or travel during the boot camp, we will discuss a strategy of how to integrate these into your plan on the calls.

You can still get great results - it just takes a little planning up-front!

Plus - after boot camp you know the exact protocol to replicate results in the future.

So even if you dash off for a week, you can come back and action the same protocol and get back on track.

This isn't designed to be a diet, but a sustainable strategy to use in the future!

Do I have to take pills, supplements or hormones?

 Nope! We focus exclusively on dialing in nutrition that makes you feel and look good, fast.
